Return & Refund Policy
I channel all my passion and put my soul into crafting each of my instruments, and I'm sure you'll enjoy your flute. However, if for any reason you're not quite satisfied, you can just return your flute within 14 days and I will give you a full refund.​ You would just need to contact me within 14 days after receiving the flute, stating that you want to return it. If your flute was damaged or faulty, I'll also refund all shipping costs.​
Return Details
In case you're not sure whether you're going to return your flute or not, during the 14-day trial period after receiving the flute, please, treat it with extra care as if you were testing it in a store. Make sure the flute is preserved in its original condition. Any damage, incompleteness, or signs of use upon return may result in refusal or issuing a repair fee. A refund for the full value of the flute will only be given if it's returned in its original, undamaged, and complete state.

To initiate a return:

1. Contact me within 14 days after receiving the flute via contact form or Instagram, stating you want to return it.
2. Upon receipt of your request, I will reply confirming your eligibility for returning the product and give you my address.
3. Pack the flute securely, using ample bubble wrap to withstand a 1.5m drop without damage and to adhere to your chosen carrier's packing guidelines. Send it to my address within 7 days. You're responsible for the risk during return transit; hence, I recommend insuring the flute for its full value against loss or damage. Retain your proof of sending until I confirm receipt, enabling you to file a claim with the carrier if needed.
4. Upon receiving and inspecting the flute, I'll notify you of its acceptance for return, any applicable repair fees if needed, or will just give you a full refund.
Custom orders
My return policy covers all flutes listed in the flute store on this website, excluding custom orders. Due to the challenges in reselling custom-built or customized flutes tailored to your specific requirements, I regretfully cannot accept returns or provide refunds for these items. Thank you for your understanding.
Shipping costs
If you received a damaged or faulty item, the shipping costs for returning it will be fully refunded. However, in all other instances, you are responsible for covering the shipping costs. Please reach out to me with documentation, such as pictures, of any issues so I can evaluate the situation. If you're dissatisfied with the product or accidentally ordered the wrong item, you will need to cover the associated return costs yourself.
